This 11 hectare property is planted on the well-drained sand and gravel of the Coutelin commune, and some of the parcels are believed to have originally been part of the Lafon-Rochet estate. Chris Cardon, a Belgian businessman, took over in 2015 and brought in Eric Boissenot to consult. They make an approachable style of Saint Estèphe with a density of ripe fruit to balance the tannins.
